It seems Australian billionaire James Packer can't keep his eyes or lips off his new love Mariah Carey.
The
47-year-old businessman, who is worth an estimated $US4.6 billion, was
spotted leaning in to plant a tender kiss on his leading lady while
sailing the Mediterranean aboard his luxury 88-metre super yacht on
Friday.
The
unlikely pair have been packing on the PDA since first going public
with their romance last week, and it appears as though the relationship
is going from strength to strength.

figure hugging number did much to accentuate her killer curves and the
You're Mine singer paired it with no shortage of bling in the form of
dangling drop earrings and her statement butterfly ring.
Perhaps
feeling the heat of the summer sun, the 45-year-old mother of two was
seen seeking shelter in a little nook on a tender that was ferrying her,
James and a number of friends from the Crown owner's massive $50
million vessel, to shore.
Seeking her out in her hideaway, James was seen resting one arm on the boat as he bent down to lock lips.

they made their way towards land, they were slightly more subdued while
wondering the streets of Portofino, Italy.
Although
he didn't indulge in another kiss, James was sure to keep a protective
hand around his Dreamlover's waist as they meandered through the small
fishing village, beaming wide smiles and later holding hands.
They
stopped by the local markets and visited a church while on dry land
before heading back to the high seas and James' massive yacht.
The
ardent and unabashed displays of affection James has been all too happy
to engage in over the past few days have struck many observers of the
affluent businessman as somewhat unusual.

The couple haven't been shy about flaunting their romance with a smiling
James making multiple appearances on the singer's social media pages
The
twice-married father, who shares three children under the age of six
with his second wife Erica Baxter, was rarely known to be the type to
wear his heart on his sleeve, leaving many to speculate that this new
romance is softening him up.
The
billionaire is even making regular appearances on Mariah's social media
pages, posing with his arm around the curly-haired crooner and a
megawatt smile - something he was never known to do in the past.
Another
aspect of the romance that has raised some eyebrows is that his new
squeeze doesn't exactly fit the profile of James' former lovers.
Both
the wealthy Australian's wives, model-turned-designer Jodhi Meares,
whom he married in 1999, and singer Erica, have been tall, dark brunette
beauties with seemingly endless legs.
Even
his first fiance model Kate Fischer, whom he never ended up taking to
the altar, and his most recent rumoured love, former Victoria's Secret
angel Miranda Kerr fit the build.

their romance is progressing quickly it seems, with pop queen Mariah
reportedly open to the suggestion of marriage, once she officially
divorces rapper husband, Nick Cannon - the father of her two children.
A source told TMZ: 'He's [Packer] already told her he wants to marry her, sooner rather than later.
Though to E! News, another source shot down the claims, saying she's enjoying being dated.
'They
are not talking marriage,' the source claims. 'That's ridiculous. She's
enjoying his company, but she's also trying to remain cautious. This
trip is a chance for her to really get to know him.
'She
hasn't 100 percent let him in yet.' That said, 'She's having a lot of
fun being courted. It's very different than when Nick was wooing her. To
her, Nick was a boy. James is a man.'
The
minted businessman has allegedly been pursuing the pop diva for weeks
after being blown away by her performance during her world tour.

price tag, Packer was engaged to model Kate Fischer.

Mariah.

fact it was even reported that the punch-up between Packer - who's
grandfather Sir Frank Packer's empire extended to the Australian
Consolidated Press and Nine television network - and current Nine CEO
David Gyngell, on a Bondi street last May, was sparked by an argument
over Miranda.
