The teenager Prince was spotted out with friends smoking a rolled up cigarette and wearing a necklace made of bullet casings while out on a drive with friends in the mountains in Southern California.
Prince recently paid tribute to his late father on Twitter the night before he turned 18.
He said: “He was and is an incredible human being not only did he give me the gift of live (sic) he gave me an incredible opportunity to make something of myself.”
Prince Michael Jackson I is the eldest child of Jacko and Debbie Rowe.
He has one sister, Paris-Michael Katherine Jackson and one half-brother Prince Michael Jackson II - also known as 'Blanket'.
Prince was raised by his father, who was awarded full custody after his divorce from Rowe in 1999.
