Kim Kardashian has denied reports accusing her of using fillers and Botox during her pregnancy.
The
reality TV star, 34, who is expecting her second child with Kanye West,
took to Instagram to set the record straight while sharing make-up tips
with fans.
She also explained that she is adapting her beauty routine and contouring tricks to accommodate her 'changing pregnant face.'

She
told her Instagram followers on Friday: 'No I don't do fillers or botox
when pregnant like some tabloids are reporting, you would have to be
really sick to endanger your child like that!
'Anyone
who has been pregnant or gained weight knows your face totally changes!
My nose gets bigger, cheeks fuller & my lips swell up.
'The challenge is trying to adjust the make up to make me feel normal & we will share are tricks on KimKardashianWest.com.'
Her website is still under construction but is set to launch this summer.

tutorials she has been working on for her yet-to-be-launched website
No doubt the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is making reference to the InTouch
report from earlier this week where a source claimed she 'gets botox
fillers every three months' to maintain her 'signature look'.
'She
sees a healthy child when she looks at North,' their insider added. 'So
why would she worry that getting [it] done during pregnancy hurt
anyone?'
While those are quite huge claims, its not the first time the wife of Kanye West has been hit with similar accusations.
Back
in May 2013, while pregnant with North, the star had to shoot down a
shocking report from the same weekly that she was still getting Botox
injections during her pregnancy.
At the time, a spokesperson for the reality star said: 'It's absurd and NOT true!'
Kim has already copped to using Botox before and has even had a bad reaction from it on season five of her hit reality show.
In
the episode aired in September 2010, the stunner felt uncomfortable
after visiting a Beverly Hills clinic for the procedure as she was
accompanied by younger sister Khloe.
After
the injections, the two ladies dined at LA hotspot Chaya where Kim
began complaining about irritation on her face including itching and her
eyes constantly watering.
She then orders a cup of ice to put in a napkin to create a make-shift icepack as Khloe calls her 'so dramatic.'
Kim
then said during a confessional session: 'The doctor did warn me about
side effects from the botox, but I am feeling like my eyes are on
fire.'
