Ships laden with frozen fish,rice, others arrive Lagos ports

Lagos – Eight ships laden with petrol, diesel, bulk rice and frozen fish have arrived Apapa and Tin-Can Island ports in Lagos, waiting to berth.
The Nigerian Ports Authority (NPA) stated this in its daily publication-‘ Shipping Position’ -made available to newsmen on Thursday in Lagos.
NPA noted that 33 other ships were expected to sail into the ports from July 1 to July 18.
The expected ships are laden with containers, general cargo, bulk wheat, fresh fish, crude palm oil, used vehicles, bulk salt, kerosene and diesel.
19 other ships are discharging aviation fuel, petrol, base oil, diesel, buck wheat, steel products, bulk rice, general cargo, and containers.
